COVID -19 PLAN GUIDELINES
Covid - 19 is serious business. As a result, we have taken procedures to ensure the safety of our members.
To the left you will find some of the guidelines that we have instituted at our facility.

TRIAL PROCEDURES
We have also changed our policy for FREE TRIALS. Walk in trials are no longer permitted. If you are not a current member and wish to gain more information about our program please click the button below to begin the membership process.
1.
Heavy Bags are cleaned after every class with Virucidal cleaner or Bleach Cleaner
2.
Gym areas that are used are cleaned daily with Virucidal cleaner or Bleach Cleaner.
3.
Members must wear masks upon entering and leaving the gym. During the Workout is OPTIONAL.
4.
All Heavy bags used the have been spread out 6 FT apart.
5.
Members must register for class through our scheduling link.
6.
All classes will be 30 mins. or 45 mins. in length with a 15 min. gap between classes.
7.
All classes will run at 50% capacity.
