Below is our current fitness schedule. Our skill classes are open to all members. We will be adding more classes soon!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

BOXING 30 CORE:

This is an intense boxing class that combines skill and conditioning drills with an intense ab and core workout.  This is a 30 min. class.

BOXING 30 CONDITIONING:

This class combines bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, kettlebells, and more with boxing skill and drill techniques over 30 mins.  The style and delivery will change according to the style of the trainer. Classes may vary from circuits, interval style training, and more. Expect to burn a lot of calories in this class.

 

BOXING 30 STRENGTH:

This class is a 30 min.  class combining strength exercises, toning exercises, and skill work for an intense workout

BOXING  30 (INSTRUCTOR'S  CHOICE:)

This class is a 30 min. . class based on the choice of the instructor. You won't know what it is until you get there.

BOXING 45 FREESTYLE:

Back in the day professional fighters used to work the heavy bag for 45 mins. And combine their conditioning on the heavy bags with skill work. You will experience the same style of workout here. You will combine power punching drills, speed drills, and counter punching drills to enhance your workout. This is an intense cardio specific class. Burn up to 900 calories in an hour!

 

15 ROUND BOXING STRENGTH

 

This class combines skill and bag work with sports specific strength training and agility drills. Delivery style will vary. Build lean functional muscle while burning fat.

 

15 ROUND BOXING CONDITIONING:

This class combines a very unique style of bag work with bodyweight exercises and more. Class may range from intervals, use of light weights, circuit training and more.

15 ROUND BOXING CORE:

 This is a 55 min. class composed of  heavy bag drills and intense core training using medicine balls and bodyweight exercises.

15 ROUND BOXING (INSTRUCTOR CHOICE):

The focus is boxing. However, the style is all up to your coach that day. You won't know until you get there.

KICKBOXING 30 CORE:

This is a 30 min. intense Kickboxing technique class infused with a high intensity core workout.

 KICKBOXING 30 CONDITIONING:

Kickboxing combined with a variety of conditioning exercises specific to kickboxing. Classes may vary from circuits, bag drills, and more.

15 ROUND KICKBOXING CONDITIONING:

This class is a 55 min. class geared towards the sports specific aspects of Kickboxing. Kicking and Punching drills combined with medicine ball drills, kettle bells, and other drills to give you a great workout!

HYBRID FREESTYLE  30 (BOXING & KICKBOXING):

This class is your choice! You can box or kickbox. Your coach will give you combinations for both combined with conditioning and core drills!

15 ROUND KICKBOXING STRENGTH:

Kickboxing combined with strength training and agility drills. Delivery style will vary. Build lean functional muscle while burning fat!

15 ROUND KICKBOXING CORE:

This class is a 55 min. class combining kickboxing drills and an intense focus on building a strong and sexy core.
