CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

BELOW YOU WILL FIND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE STYLE OF CLASSES THAT WE OFFER.  ALL CLASSES ARE EITHER 30 MINUTES OR 45 MINUTES IN LENGTH.  WE ALSO PROVIDE A 15 MIN. GAP BETWEEN CLASSES FOR CLEANING, AND TO ALLEVIATE TRAFFIC IN THE GYM. IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS AFTER YOUR REVIEW PLEASE CONTACT US.

Boxing 45

A 45 minute class that combines core, conditioning, skill & more to give you an intense workout that can help you get results! 

Boxing 30

A 30 minute boxing focused class that combines skill, conditioning, core and more to get you in great shape. The instructor controls the pace, and modalities trained to give you a intense workout.

Kickboxing 45

A 45 minute kick boxing class that combines core, conditioning, skill & more to give you an intense workout to get you the results you need. Our instructor controls the pace to give you a unique training experience.

 

Kick boxing 30

 

Just because this class is 30 minutes in length does not mean that you won't get an intense training session. This is an instructor controlled pace workout providing the intensity necessary to give you a fat burning workout! 

Below is our current fitness schedule. Our skill classes will begin Aug. 1st. Due to Covid, we have created a modified schedule. We we are operating at 50% capacity and have implemented various cleaning strategies to keep all of our staff and members safe.
