Kickboxing Fitness Classes

Our Kickboxing fitness classes can burn up to 900 calories a session! We offer 45 min. sessions that will You will learn how to use your punches, elbows, kicks and knees to get you to the top of your fitness game.

This training session will teach you the fundamentals of kickboxing that will ensure that you engage all of your muscles to experience a workout like never before. As you are getting in shape, you will learn valuable self defense skills as you preform the same regimen as professional kickboxer and mma fighter in a safe, non intimidating environment.

When you sign up, you will receive a personalized skill session that will teach you the proper techniques and prepare you for the training session.
