Our Youth Program Focuses On Building Boxing Basics and Conditioning

In our youth program we focus on teaching kids the fundamentals of boxing. We also teach youth how to be more athletic, well conditioned, and more athletic, We train ages 7 - 13 in our group camp schedule.

Summer Youth Programs 

We will be running a 6 week boxing program for ages 7 - 13. Our summer program will consist of 3 days per week training. We will have evening and morning program scheduling. We will focus on fundamental boxing, agility, conditioning, and more. Our program will begin on Monday July 18th 

Camp Schedule:

5 Weeks July 18th - Aug. 19th

A.M. Times:

​

Mon. Weds. Fri. - 10 am. - 11 am

​

P.M. Times:

​

Mon., Tues., & Thurs - 5:30pm - 6:30pm

​

Private Training Available: 

​

30 min. Sessions 

​

45 min. Sessions 

​
