Group Fitness Training Classes
Our group training classes will prepare you for anything that comes your way. Each day you will do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods.
We use boxing and kickboxing training to provide you with a variety of workouts that will strengthen your core, abs, and help you to lose bodyfat, and lose weight.
Our classes lead to lasting community relationships that provide you with accountability. Our coaches and community will keep you accountable and make the workouts fun.
We offer 30 min. and 45 min. classes that are dynamic and appropriate for all fitness levels in boxing and kickboxing.

ADULT BOXING & KICK BOXING SKILL PROGRAM
We will be implementing a skills program for boxing and kickboxing training. We will be offering group classes and personal training. Our program will be taught by professional fighters, amateur fighters, and coaches that have coached combat athletes on the highest levels.
Our head coach has helped over 25 fighters on the amateur and professional level win championship titles. He has worked with athletes that have fought in the UFC, Bellator MMA, World Series of Fighting, and the PFL.
SKILL PROGRAM BENEFITS
LEARN OFFENSE & DEFENSE SKILLS:
You will learn the offensive and defensive skills of boxing and kickboxing.
You will perform drills with classmates to develop offensive and defensive skills.
You will perform sports specific drills designed to prep you for competition.
OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE:
This program will give you the preparation that is necessary for competition for boxing, kickboxing, or striking for mma.
Our youth program will focus on youth ages 7 -13 and ages 14 - 17. Youth will learn the basics of boxing while getting in shape. Our program will be offered in a group setting and personal training setting.

Strength Training Plans
We design personalized strength training and conditioning plans. We also offer personal training for strength and conditioning. We set you up with a 45 minute consult to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.
Our coaching staff will then design a program for you that will help you reach your personal fitness goals. Your program can be done in our gym, at home, or wherever you feel comfortable.
