Working Out Vs. Training: How do I get the results that I am looking for?

Every year people make New Year's Resolutions! They commit to making themselves better only to fall back into the trap of bad habits after a short amount of time. The problem is that people usually fall into two types of categories. 1. Those that work out 2. Those that Train. What is the difference? People that work out have no plan. Their workouts are sporadic and based on feel. They bounce from gym to gym. They have little to no discipline when it comes to diet and nutrition. As a result, they achieve little to no results, lose motivation, and quit.


People that train have a game plan. They are educated in the nutrition, training concepts, etc. They are meticulous about every aspect of their program. They set short term goals and long term goals. As a result, they are more likely to achieve results!


Everyone has the capacity to become the individual that they want to be. At World Class Boxing, we educate and motivate. We have helped numerous people fulfill their goals.
