Joanne put a lot of time and effort into developing the body that she wanted. Joanne combined a solid nutrition plan with strength training, and boxing over a period of 1 year. She lost over 100 pounds and never looked better. Her plan was designed by head trainer coach Sean at World Class Boxing. She followed the nutrition plan and workouts to the letter. As a result, she accomplished her fitness goals. She is now continuing her training and keeping the body she worked so hard for! She is truly an inspiration to anyone struggling with weight control!
