Women's Only Self Defense Boot Camp
This is a Two day program that focuses on learning realistic self defense skills for women. We teach you skills that will allow you to be competent in defending yourself in different ranges. You will learn the same tactics as military trained professionals such as Navy SEALS, SWAT, and Army Rangers. We also provide cardio combat training that will give you a great workout and confidence. This is a fun program that will help you to become proficient in self defense tactics in a short amount of time.
