36 IN 3 PROGRAM

Our 36 IN 3 Program is a great place to start on your fitness journey. It does not matter if you are a beginner, looking for a change, or fell off the wagon; we got you!

The Goal is to get 36 workouts in 3 months. On average that is 2 to 3 workouts a week. If this is done over a 3 month period, it will build the consistency necessary to build a solid foundation for success.

Let's set you up with a consultation. We want to make sure that you are a right fit for our program. We want to get to know you and find out about your fitness goals. We also want to discuss a plan that will help you to be consistent and reach your fitness goals.

We also want to provide all of the information that is needed to know about the program.

2.if we are a good fit, sign up at the consult &Schedule a skill class

After you speak to a coach and we determine that you are a good candidate for the program we will get you signed up!

You will next schedule  a skill introduction class.

This class will get you introduced to the basic skills that are necessary to get you into full swing. 

We will also provide access to our video library to keep you learning and to reinforce the skills learned in our skill class.

You will also be provided with access to our schedule to register for your classes.

3.have fun

 Once you have taken your skill class, it is time to have fun. Now you can begin to schedule classes and start your journey. You will have access to 30 min. and 45 min. workouts.  Get ready to burn up to 900 calories in a single workout!
